Refund Policy
This Refund Policy governs the conditions applicable to payments, cancellations, and refund requests related to the purchase of WiseFollow, a SaaS platform operated by WiseSolutions SpA.

1.Nature of the service
WiseFollow is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution offered through subscription plans. Access is provided digitally through a web platform.
By purchasing a plan, the customer obtains access to the service during the contracted period, according to the features, limits, and conditions of the selected plan.
2.Payments
Online payments may be processed by external providers, including Paddle, which may act as Merchant of Record or payment processor, as applicable.
The customer must carefully review the selected plan, price, billing period, applicable taxes, and conditions before confirming the purchase.
3.Subscription cancellation
The customer may cancel their subscription to prevent future renewals.
Cancellation does not automatically remove access that has already been paid for. Unless otherwise stated, the customer may continue using WiseFollow until the end of the current subscription period.
4.Refunds
As a general rule, payments already made for active subscription periods are non-refundable, due to the digital nature of the service and the fact that access is enabled once the purchase is confirmed.
Notwithstanding the above, WiseSolutions SpA may evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:
- Duplicate charges.
- Technical errors attributable to WiseFollow or the payment provider.
- Material inability to access the service for reasons directly attributable to WiseFollow.
- Requests made within a reasonable period after the initial purchase where use of the service has been limited.
- Cases where applicable law requires a refund.
5.Renewals
The customer is responsible for cancelling the subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue using the service.
Payments for automatic renewals that have already been processed are generally non-refundable, except in cases of billing error, duplicate charge, legal obligation, or exceptional evaluation by WiseSolutions SpA.
6.Trials, promotions, and discounts
Where WiseFollow offers trial periods, promotions, discounts, or special plans, the specific conditions will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Discounts or promotions do not create a right to retroactive refunds on previous purchases.
7.Plan changes
The customer may request plan changes where such option is available.
Price adjustments, credits, prorated charges, or billing changes will depend on the technical and commercial conditions available in the platform or through the payment provider.
8.How to request a refund
To request a refund, the customer must contact WiseFollow and provide:
- The customer or company name.
- The email associated with the account.
- Purchase date.
- Selected plan.
- Reason for the request.
- Proof or payment reference, if available.

9.Refund processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the same payment method originally used, unless the payment provider indicates another alternative.
The time required for the funds to appear will depend on the payment provider, issuing bank, or payment method used.
