How good is the AI? Does it replace the supervisor?
It doesn't replace the supervisor — it assists them. The AI pre-reviews each photo and each item detecting patterns like missing PPE (helmet, harness, vest), typical deviations and obvious risks, and suggests the supervisor convert them to findings. The final decision and signature are always human. Works like a "second pair of eyes" that never gets tired.
Does it work without internet on site?
Yes, 100% offline. The iOS and Android apps store the complete inspection on the device (photos, signature, answers, geolocation) and automatically sync when you're back on WiFi or data. Ideal for mining, rural construction, remote infrastructure.
Can I set up my own checklists?
Yes. WiseFollow comes with 50+ templates by industry, but you can create custom checklists with sections, conditional questions, required photos, mandatory geolocation and signature. You can also import your existing checklists from Excel.
How is the PDF report generated?
Automatically when you close the inspection. Includes: cover page with supervisor and worksite data, map with GPS location, each item with answer and photo, generated findings, digital signature and QR code for verification. Sent by email to the responsible person and stored in the system. Digitally signed PDF, ready for audits.
What happens with the findings from the inspection?
