What documents can I accredit?

Any document. WiseFollow includes pre-configured requirements by country (pre-employment physicals, driver licenses, mandatory course certificates, inductions, PPE, industry-specific training) and you can add custom documents based on your operations. Each document tracks issue date, expiry date, attachment (PDF/image) and responsible party.

Does it work for external contractors?

Yes. You can accredit both your own staff and contractors. Each contractor has a file with company documentation (tax status, fiscal permits, etc.) plus documents for each team member. Available from the Pro plan.

Can I import my current data from Excel?

Yes. Bulk import from Excel or CSV for workers and documents. Our team assists at no cost on Business and Enterprise plans for large migrations.

Who receives the expiry alerts?

You decide. It can be the safety officer, HR, the worker's direct supervisor, the worker themselves, or a combination. Alerts are sent 30, 15 and 7 days before expiry via email and also appear in the app dashboard.

Can the auditor access the information?

Yes. You can generate a temporary read-only link for the auditor to review a specific worker's documentation directly without requesting papers. The link expires automatically.

What happens when I exceed my plan's limit?

We notify you by email with 30 days to decide if you want to upgrade or adjust. We don't cut service or block access. You can upgrade from your dashboard without talking to anyone, or contact us for an assisted migration.
